The aroma of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena derives from the time it spends in barrels made from different woods, including cherry, chestnut, mulberry, juniper and – mainly – cherry. Over time, the product is refined by the wood. This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is ideal for dressing raw and cooked vegetables, omelettes, roast or boiled meats, particularly poultry.
