The aroma of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena derives from the time it spends in barrels made from different woods, including cherry, mulberry and – mainly – chestnut. Over time, the product is refined by the wood. This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is ideal for dressing raw and cooked vegetables, all kinds of “frittata”, particularly with onions.
