For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. The payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order. No additional costs or commissions are due to the Manicardi company.<\/p>\n<p>Products purchased through the website www.manicardi.it are delivered by express courier.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery times, if the goods are available at the time of purchase, are on average 24 hours for northern and central Italy and abroad, 48 hours for the south and the islands and some foreign parts, 72 hours for remote areas and smaller municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and retries the delivery within the following 24 hours; in case of further absence, a notice is left again and the customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by the mail boxes of Vignola with which he will define the details of the delivery. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Manicardi, with consequent cancellation of the order and nothing will be owed to the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>Manicardi cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the order or in delivering the goods ordered.<\/p>\n<p>Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice.<\/li>\n<li>that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery, by writing \u201cwithdrawal with reservation\u201d on the accompanying document and confirmed within seven days by fax or registered mail to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Azienda Agricola Manicardi s.r.l.<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Stradello Massaroni, 1, 41014 Castelvetro di Modena MO &#8211; Italy<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail.<\/p>\n<p>Any report beyond the above terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
