Our story
Wild, honest, deeply Emilian
Lambrusco was described by the great Pavarotti as "a wild and unrefined sparkling wine". It perfectly represents the territory: open, cheerful, sparkling, sometimes gruff, but always honest.
These vineyards have ideal exposure, lean soil with low nitrogen content and medium texture; characteristics that give elegance, body and complexity to the wines, allowing them to express their character to the fullest.
