Terms and Conditions

For every order placed on www.manicardi.it, Manicardi issues an invoice for the shipped goods. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be used for the issuance of the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

Shipping and delivery costs are borne by the Customer for orders under €60 within Italy. For orders below this amount or for foreign countries, shipping costs are charged to the customer. Where applicable, shipping costs are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.

Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method selected when ordering. No additional charges or fees are payable to Manicardi.

Products purchased through the website www.manicardi.it are delivered by express courier. Delivery times, when goods are available at the time of purchase, are on average 24 hours for all of Italy. For abroad, within 72 hours.

The courier makes the first delivery attempt without prior notice. If the Customer is absent, the courier leaves a notice and attempts delivery again within 24 hours; in the event of a further absence, a notice is left again and the customer is contacted by the courier for a third attempt. Should this also be unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by Mail Boxes in Vignola to arrange delivery details. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Manicardi, the order will be cancelled, and nothing will be owed to the Customer. Manicardi cannot be held responsible for any delay in processing the order or delivering the goods ordered. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the quantity stated on the invoice;
• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages or details must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery by adding the note “received with reserve” on the relevant accompanying document and confirmed within seven days via email to info@manicardi.it.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported via email. Any report made after the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. The customer assumes full responsibility for all statements made. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
